Reasons
Access may be restricted for fraud, impersonation, inaccurate offers, security compromise, unlawful activity or serious unresolved breaches. Restaurant, branch and campaign controls are separate.
Claims and notice
Ordinary restrictions stop new offers or claims while existing claims retain their original terms and expiry. An emergency redemption block is a separate recorded decision. We explain the reason where appropriate and consider correction or review requests.
Records
Ending access does not automatically delete consent, approval, claim or dispute evidence required for legitimate operational or legal purposes. Contact support about account closure or a disputed restriction.
