Eligibility and authority
You must be authorised to represent a legitimate registered restaurant business. Provide its registered name, registration number and jurisdiction, outlet address, business contact and public profile. An email account alone grants no restaurant privileges. Access requires JBFoodies’ manual verification and approval.
Responsibilities
Keep licensing, operations, food safety, allergens, prices, availability and offer information accurate. Brief staff before a promotion starts and honour eligible claims. Follow the promotion submission, approval, accuracy and redemption policies linked in this policy centre.
Approvals and evidence
JBFoodies reviews each submitted revision. Your authorised representative must explicitly approve the final version before publication. We retain the version, representative, approval time and related claim evidence. An edit requires another review and final approval.
Commercial arrangements
Subscriptions or one-off promotion fees require a separate written agreement on price, scope, dates and cancellation. Applying does not itself incur a fee. Advertising does not guarantee sales. You retain content ownership and grant the limited permission described in the Content & Image Licence.
Access and ending a partnership
We may restrict access for inaccurate information, misuse or serious unresolved issues. Ordinary withdrawal does not erase existing claims or audit evidence. Contact us to discuss a decision or end a partnership.
