Fair allocation
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Restaurant responsibility for fulfilment does not excuse JBFoodies from its own applicable obligations.
Limitations
We cannot promise uninterrupted service, flawless third-party information or a particular commercial result. Any exclusion or limitation applies only where permitted by applicable law. This draft does not impose an invented monetary liability cap.
Mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability or customer rights that the law does not allow to be excluded. The commercial agreement and jurisdiction-specific wording require legal review before launch.
