Prohibited activity
Do not use fake accounts, resell codes, automate claims, fabricate redemptions, share access for abuse or manipulate rewards. Merchants must not create fake businesses, inflate metrics, invent discounts or buy misleading reviews.
Investigation
We may investigate suspicious activity, request relevant evidence, restrict access or block affected offers while reviewing facts. We retain relevant records and give an explanation where appropriate without disclosing security-sensitive information.
Corrections and review
Confirmed illegitimate activity may be removed from rewards or reports and accounts may be suspended. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
