Your rights
You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of supplied photos, logos and copy. Submit only content you are authorised to use, including any necessary permission from identifiable people.
Permission to promote
By supplying campaign content you grant JBFoodies a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, resize, format and display it for your restaurant’s agreed promotion and related reporting. Material changes to the offer require approval. This does not transfer ownership.
Removal and evidence
Contact us about permission withdrawal or infringement. Promotional use can be ended, but necessary historical versions, customer claims and dispute evidence may be retained with restricted access.
