Account access
Use an email you control and protect your password and verification codes. Email verification confirms control of an address, not a person’s business status. Report suspected compromise promptly. Email recovery is available; SMS recovery is not currently connected.
Accurate use
Do not create fake identities, share accounts for reward abuse or bypass account restrictions. Signing out of your customer account leaves the website available to browse and does not sign you out of a separate business session.
Closure and records
Contact support for account closure or correction. Necessary claim, consent and dispute evidence may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
